Summary: Manual Testing, Test cases preparation, API Testing, Web & Mobile apps Testing, GUI Testing, DB Testing.

Responsibilities: Need to work as Functional Tester for payroll software on HRMS domain.

Job description:

• Requirement analysis and design of manual test cases based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines.
• Ensuring testing and submission of results in committed delivery timelines.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities with scrum team.
• Design Test cases based on Requirement.
• Ability to perform Sanity, regression, SIT & UAT executions on various environments as when required.
• Well versed with testing process to apply in Agile/Scrum framework.
• Analyze and Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide valid feedback and appropriate estimates.
• Display techno functional abilities to assist development team in debugging and capture the events to pinpoint the issues.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools & Techniques and flexible enough to apply and adopt test strategies & process.
  

Requirements & Desired Skills:

• Proven work experience Web application & Mobile apps testing.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies & processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.
• Good experience in using bitbucket, JIRA & Confluence.
• Must have good analytical, debugging and tracing skills & Selenium tool having work experience added advatage.
• Time management.
• Experience with HRM software domain having added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min of 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
