Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cutting process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Oversee garment consumption planning, minimizing waste and optimizing fabric usage.
  
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  
• Ensure accurate measurement taking, marking, and cutting processes to meet quality standards.
  
• Monitor production schedules, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in textile industry with expertise in auto cutter operation.
  
• Strong understanding of CAD software for design creation and modification.
  
• Excellent people management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  
• Proven track record of efficient resource allocation and effective utilization.
