- Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing order when necessary.
- Supporting bookkeeping procedure.
- Working on Advanced MIS and reporting.
- Coordinating with various agencies for reporting, transaction, and billing etc.
- Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
- Through knowledge of accounts Payable/general ledger system and procedure
- Customer Service Good communication skills
Skills Require: Billing, Advanced Excel, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Ledger Management, General Ledgers, Customer Service, and Excellent Communication Skills.
Qualifications
Graduate in any Stream.
