Visa Processing Officer

Role & responsibilities

• To assess and process work permit visa applications for abroad applicants.
• Stay updated with current Visa Policies for all countries that the organization deals in.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smoother visa process.
• Maintaining accurate records of the applicant files and regular reporting.
• Experience of overseas work permit visa process, US / UK/ Australia/ Canadian Visa will be preferred.
• Ability to work and operate in a team
• Send the files of applicant to Embassy
• Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
• Handle applicant queries in a timely manner.
• Provide immigration documentation to our applicant who have enrolled with us for work permit visa.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be Graduate
• English Written and verbal communication skills is required
• Min 4 Years of experience is required as a visa officer
• Candidate should be from Delhi/NCR only.
