Job Description
- As a Merchant ID Tester at Easebuzz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and performing transactions for our service providers.
- You will be responsible for validating cards, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- This position requires a strong understanding of payment processing, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Validate MIDs for various modes with success transactions.
- Validate credit and debit cards for our merchants.
- Monitor transaction logs and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Banking team) to resolve transaction-related inquiries or disputes
- Perform as many transactions as possible within TAT.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information handled.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience in operational support roles, preferably in a transactional or data management.
- Strong proficiency in using Ms Excel.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good to have knowledge of different cards and card brands.
