Position Overview :
We are seeking a Project Manager with a techno-functional background in Oracle eBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, hold an engineering degree from a reputed institute, and be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad. In this role, you will own the project scope, timelines, and resource utilization while ensuring top-notch delivery quality.
You will lead the team to success through strong leadership, excellent communication, and an in-depth understanding of end-to-end Oracle applications, including integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Scope & Delivery. Define and refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the project team.. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget..
Techno-Functional Expertise :
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, bridging the gap in functional requirements.
- Provide hands-on guidance for Oracle ERP configurations, customizations, and best practices across eBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Oversee integrations, extensions, data migration, and reporting to ensure end-to-end functional coverage.
Team & Resource Management :
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to optimize utilization and maintain high team motivation.
- Inspire, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams (technical consultants, functional experts, and business analysts) to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Management. Implement and enforce quality control processes, ensuring project outcomes meet organizational and client standards.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues; develop and execute contingency plans as needed.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement :
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and customers, managing expectations and resolving escalations effectively.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Continuous Improvement :
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing best practices in Oracle ERP implementations, project management methodologies, and team collaboration.
- Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies, ensuring project deliverables align with evolving business and industry standards.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or related field) from a reputed institute.
Experience : 10+ years of experience managing large-scale Oracle ERP projects, including Oracle eBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Project Management Certification : PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
Technical Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.), integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration processes.
- Leadership & Communication : Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical & Problem-Solving :
- Ability to address complex challenges through innovative solutions and process improvements.
Global Mindset : Experience working with international teams and managing conflicting priorities effectively.
