Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual Budgeting: Plan income, expenditure, and turnover.
• Financial Statements: Prepare balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, and CARO; collaborate with auditors.
• ROC Compliance: Coordinate ROC filings and updates with the Company Secretary.
• Income Tax: File returns, manage scrutiny, and handle assessments.
• Tax Payments & Returns: Handle TDS and professional tax payments and filings.
• GST: Oversee GST working, filing, and payments.
• ITR: Provide documents for reassessment if needed.
• CMA Data: Prepare and submit data for bank OD.
• Bank Reviews: Manage renewals and periodic reviews for OD/CC limits.
• Accounting Processes: Plan and implement accounting and documentation processes.
• Entry Verification: Verify and authorize subordinate entries.
• Investment Portfolio: Manage mutual funds, shares, and other investments.
• Financial Reports: Produce monthly reports for management.
• Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile and confirm ledgers with vendors.
• Account Scrutiny: Review accounts receivable/payable, duties, taxes, investments, loans, and inter-company transactions.
• Advance Tax: Calculate and manage advance tax payments.
• Company Formation: Handle company/LLP formation and alterations with the Company Secretary.
• Bank Reconciliation: Verify daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Documentation: Ensure smooth filing and documentation.
