Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Strategy Manager to serve as a key advisor and right hand to the Managing Director (MD). This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive organizational priorities, facilitate decision-making processes, and ensure seamless communication between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will focus on strategy development, execution, and driving impactful management initiatives across the Collections and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Decision Support

• Assist in all decision-making processes by providing data-driven, actionable insights.
• Envision the strategic and business needs of the MD and proactively advance organizational priorities.
• Conduct strategic data research to support and execute management decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to automate processes and streamline operations.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between the MD and CXOs, HODs, functional teams, and regional teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Streamline and manage communication between the MD and internal or external stakeholders.
• Represent the MD in internal and external meetings and forums when required.
• Transcribe and communicate meeting minutes effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Strategy Development & Execution

• Focus on driving strategy within the Collections and Sales departments majorly and for other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of initiatives stemming from management meetings, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Operational Excellence

• Assist the MD in daily strategic operations, including managing their calendar and prioritizing engagements.
• Have a comprehensive view of organizational functions and act as a resource for cross-functional initiatives.
  
  Preferred Candidate Profile:
  📌 Background in NBFC/Banking industry
  📌 MBA in Finance preferred
  📌 Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  📌 Proficiency in MS Excel
  📌 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
