Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist (Depends).

Work Location: Baner, Pune (Compulsory Work from Office)

• Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and reporting on automated CRM workflows and other basic digital marketing tasks.
• Has worked with CRMs and automation tools (examples include ZOHO, Mailchimp, and Brevo, etc)
• Knows about handling email lists and creating automation for nurturing contacts
• Has strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of and experience in working with Squarespace or WordPress CMS
• Having an urge to learn and the ability to adapt to new technologies and requirements is a must.

Responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Design templates and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• List Management: Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
• Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows, including welcome onboarding series.

• Proficiency in Mailchimp and Canva.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics.
