Job Description
ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook) Support role typically involves configuration of templates, providing technical support and maintenance for ELN systems, often in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, formulations or biotechnology labs.
Here are some common responsibilities and requirements for this position.
- Strong communication in English
- Proficiency with IDBS ELN and familiarity with laboratory testing processes and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of IDBS E-Workbook ELN, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- More than 3 years of experience in a techno-functional role involving ELN systems, with at least 2 years specifically with IDBS ELN.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of SDLC and should be well versed with Computer System Validations.
- Responsible for the day-to-day application technical support
- Application support according CSV Guidelines and Company management directives
- Works with site Key users, business process owners to answer questions and resolve incidents, manages, coordinates and responsible for 2 nd level support and escalates issues to the 3 rd level support
- Willing to travel domestic locations as and when needed
- Understanding of GMP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communicator who can engage with all levels in the organization.
