About The Role:
Dyson is looking for a D2C lead who will be a part of the sales team to plan and manage our DTC business along with our direct retail business.
This role focuses on analyzing, reviewing, recommending, and building strategic and tactical changes across our direct channels that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes, and managing margin performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Grow Dyson KPI s on pure digital platform and Direct Retail Outlets
Grow annual DTC and direct third party e-commerce sales volumes, revenues and market share working collaboratively with the Head of Sales to ensure targets are delivered overall, that the online experience is integrated and forecasts are tight and tied in with demand/supply planning
Grow and drive Sell out from Dyson owned and Partner owned exclusive stores
Drive effective channel strategies that optimize retail opportunities and Dyson profitably in line with India goals
Leverage the promotional spend budget to deliver the best ROI
2) Deliver Online and Retail brand experience
Ensure a flawless omnichannel experience (content, service, interaction) across .Com/Marketplaces and Direct stores.
Ensure Dyson digital and Retail campaigns support the launch and initiative calendar as agreed with marketing, sales and PR to best drive awareness, perception, traffic and sales as targeted
Instil experimentation and improvement, shared knowledge, measurement, analysis and optimization
Ensure regular reporting and instil a data-driven approach in the team
Ensure the team tie into other teams within and outside Dyson India to ensure the best thinking in the best way possible
Encourage survivable experimentation ; encourage and nurture a culture of continual learning and growing across the team and in each individual
About You:
MBA with 10-15 years hands on experience across .com, marketplaces, and exclusive store sales
Experience within digital sales across Luxury, consumer electronics, technology or consumer goods industry preferred
Experience of working with brands and multiple stakeholders
Experience in e-commerce is mandatory
Experience managing store operations and retail marketing is preferred
High level of communication skills both verbal and written
Well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills
Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced team environment; prepare to roll up sleeves. Must have a high growth mindset
