As an Automation Team Manager in the Control Engineering department at Dynomerk, you will be entrusted with the strategic planning, efficient management, and effective direction of all automation solution within our product.
You will work on projects to develop efficient and effective solutions that contribute to multidisciplinary projects. The products you develop will be used by our Engineering department as building blocks that can subsequently be adapted and reintegrated into our customers systems all over the world.
This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive oversight of automation projects, ensuring seamless coordination, and upholding the highest standards of innovation and quality.
Responsibilities:
Manage automation team, allocating resources and optimizing performance.
Foster seamless communication within the team and across departments.
Must have a system perspective, understand system requirements, and product development life cycle
Ensure process compliance, quality, and lead time for the project work for self and team members.
Drive IoT integration to enhance automation capabilities.
Support team members for skill development and growth.
Participate actively in CDRMs and design reviews.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments and external partners.
Oversee project management, timeline planning, and execution.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Ensure expertise in communication protocols across automation levels.
Streamline processes through effective cross-departmental coordination.
Competence development, Support in knowledge sharing, and improve process & tooling part
Preferred Qualifications:
E. / B-Tech degree preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Instrumentation or allied engineering branch from a recognized University/Institution
Preferred Experience: 6+ years
Candidate must have experience in SPM automation
Practical knowledge of I/O bus systems
Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software and coding languages
Knowledge of software design principles.
Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred
