Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and other programming languages.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
Experience with Dynamics CRM development tools, including Visual Studio, Power Platform, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service, including its configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience with Copilot Bots/Studio (also referred to as Power Virtual Agents), including bot creation and customization.
Proficiency in Power Automate, with the ability to create and manage workflows for process automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
