Optimizely/EPiServer Developer (Umbraco/Sitecore)

• Optimizely (EPiServer) CMS Developer (Sitecore / Umbraco) (At least one CMS experience must)
• Required backend development experience in .NET Framework/ .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C# / Razor.
• Good to have frontend experience in React, Next, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap.
• We are looking for candidates with min 4 - 10 years of development and maintenance experience who have experience working with EPiServer/Optimizely CMS, including development, administration, customization.
• Should have technical expert in EPiServer, or CMS relevant skills like Sitecore / Umbraco
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of link orchestration techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Develop, implement, support link orchestration strategies to enhance website navigation and user experience.
• Follow best practices, troubleshooting, and system optimization, Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Identifying and rectifying broken links, redirects, and other issues that may impact SEO and user engagement. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#
• Extensive experience with React.js ad related libraries (Redux, React Router).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familirity with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
