Job Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical challenges, design innovative solutions, and lead the development process from start to finish.

You will mentor junior developers, write, test, and document high-quality code, and ensure system enhancements meet customer requirements.

This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver scalable, efficient software solutions across various phases of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using .NET/.NET Core, C#, and Angular.

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets industry best practices.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support on best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Identify and implement technical improvements to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively and efficiently.

- Identify and implement solutions to address performance bottlenecks and improve system stability.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in software development.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with .NET/.NET Core, C#, and Angular.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- .NET Stack : Strong proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

- Frontend : In-depth knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.

- Backend : Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Databases : Strong understanding of SQL Server or other relational databases.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
