Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application
• Support and Manage System testing, Business Object testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Postproduction phase.
• Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
• Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
• Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.

Must have Skills and Qualifications

• Any Graduate with Least 5 years of experience on Oracle Middleware with Primary Skills (BPM , ADF , ECM ( SOA , WebLogic , BAM)
• Implement workflows with Oracle BPM, ADF, BPEL, Business Rules, Workspace is a must and BAM Knowledge is a Plus

• Java Coding
• Integrate with external systems.

• Analysing Business Process Workflows.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans.
• Troubleshooting and guide throw technical issues.

Nice to Have skills

• Good communication skills
• Adaptability to learn new things quickly and adapt.
