This role covers managing Deposit (CASA, Term Deposits, Refinance, Debit Cards) portfolio, managing Funding & Liquidity for Private Bank India and leading channel activities for Private, Personal and NRI client segments.

Responsible for key initiatives across digital channels (online banking, mobile banking) and fully digitized deposit client onboarding platform which not only drive deposits but also attract new to bank clients. Guiding Agile teams to ensure our digital offering for both Individual and Non-Individual client segments is in sync with market and regulatory requirements. Lead for improving digital penetration in our client segments by identifying various segments and designing programs with marketing (including communication highlighting existing benefits of the digital platform) to increase digital platform acceptance which is very critical to increase stickiness of clients and prevent attrition.
Channel Management & Coverage Support
1st port of call for our branches on queries related to the Deposit portfolio & Client proposition. Support/ lead on matters related to KYC / AFC & other regulatory requirements. Work with marketing & coverage teams to launch customize campaigns to support sales and drive productivity of deposit products. Provide analytics support for increasing sales across all products & training Coverage teams on all aspects of deposit portfolio & client proposition. Formulate score sheets for sales units with the India Head for Private & Branch banking which includes incentive calculations and payouts against quarterly targets and ongoing campaigns.
