Job Description
- Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Develop and execute automation test scripts (Using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium tools) to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and issues.
- Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce & expected results.
- Work closely with development teams to analyse and resolve identified issues.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on testability & quality aspects.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes & methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/MTech/MSc Computer Science) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience both in manual & automation testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies & techniques.
- Experience with test case & test scripts design, execution & defect (JIRA Tool) management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
