PMO

We are hiring a PMO with 6+ years of experience based out of Kochi location

Key roles and responsibilities

Track Opportunity Demand Request (ODR) approval

Work with business and technology team to draft High Level scope

Work with Delivery team (BA Team) to have the Requirements Gathering Plan updated in ADO.

Update BA sprints using a progressive planning approach

Work with Delivery manager to outline the project timeline and key milestones

Document Scope and Approach (S A) - pre approval from Business Owners. Submit to DMT Governance Council and track its approval .

Review, discuss and agree Deliverables Checklist with stakeholders (business, Technology, RDG) for every release upfront.

Track with Delivery manager (DM) to ensure that there are required environments setup or being setup (DEV, QA, UAT).

Track and ensure QA Services Checklist and Product Testing Strategy is documented

Draft and submit Release Sign-off Hierarchy form Update the Clarity and Shared services tab on Master project list with all the important milestones

Request Application Portfolio Management (APM) ID for GISG, Export Control.

Initiate Export Control review, GISG Security review, Data Privacy Assessment, Risk and Data questionnaire and track to closure

Conduct Project Kick-off Session with business, technology, delivery

Conduct weekly status update meeting with Business Portfolio leads, Tech Solution leads, BA, QA, Vendor Delivery managers every week

Summarize publish Weekly Status Reports to KPMG reporting

Draft Project Management Change Requests (as needed) and track to approvals

Monitor work progress against sprint plan with vendor delivery teams on regular basis.

Track and ensure QA and UAT Traceability Matrix

Initiate Release Sign-off and follow-up/document all approvals

Coordinate with delivery manager to send out UAT Build notifications (BRC and installers)

Coordinate with engineering teams and Ensure UAT Build deployment pipelines are ready

Complete PMO deliverables checklist validation with PMO QA and get sign off to close project
