Job Description

Position: Security Consultant (GRC & VAPT)

Location: Remote

Experience: 5-10 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for versatile and skilled Security Consultants specializing in Governance,

Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT).

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering security solutions to our clients

and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) assessments and prepare

detailed reports.

- Perform Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on web apps,

mobile apps, networks, and cloud environments.

- Develop and review security policies and procedures in alignment with

standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.

- Conduct secure code analysis and provide remediation guidance.

- Collaborate with clients to understand security requirements and deliver tailored

solutions.

- Support in compliance audits and documentation preparation.

- Provide recommendations to mitigate identified vulnerabilities and risks.

- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and threat intelligence.

- Train and guide junior team members and interns on best practices and

technical skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related

field.

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in GRC and VAPT roles.

- Expertise in tools like Burp Suite, Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit, etc.

- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance

standards.

- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead

Auditor/Implementer are preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
