Business Development Manager - Marketplace experience - a Must!

Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive business growth by finding new opportunities in the marketplace and managing the sales process to expand our client base and partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and onboard new partners to the platform.  
  
• Generate revenue through partnerships by implementing effective growth strategies.
  
• Ensure timely collection of receivables from the partners
  
• Achieve specific targets for onboarding new partners, revenue generation, and receivables collection.   
  
• The role would also require extensive travel to various cities to build and maintain strong relationships with partners 
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in partner onboarding, particularly in marketplace settings.  
  
• Experience with multi-location travel.  
  
• Proficient in sales and negotiation abilities.  
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language preferred.
  
• Open to work on 6-days work week from office - Sundays off
