Product / Application Specialist - Cytogenetics

Delhi / Bangalore / Mumbai /Chennai / Hyderabad

Looking for an application/ product specialist to play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our cutting-edge molecular diagnostic products primarily our cytogenetic solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and assist healthcare professionals in the effective use of our diagnostic solutions. He/She will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys molecular diagnostic products and their applications in the field of cytogenetics

• Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in molecular diagnostics.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Helping the Sales Team to achieve the targets for the molecular products.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.

Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external customers.

Create educational materials, including user guides, technical bulletins, and online resources.

Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, if required.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cytogenetics, laboratory work, or a related field

• Knowledge of FISH, Karyotyping is a must.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, technical support, or product management is a plus.
