Quality Engineer

1. To ensure incoming, in-process and final Quality.

2. Ensure that standard operating / manufacturing procedures are adhered by our suppliers and

carrying out regular visits / audit at supplier premises.

3. Acting as a facilitator for change and improvement in performance / quality of the product.

4. Working with purchasing team to establish quality requirement from external suppliers..

5. Ensure the quality of the raw material used for production of components by our suppliers.

6. To visit customer premises in case of customer complaints

7. To ensure upkeep of quality Control Instruments Equipment & their Calibration and maintain their

records

8. Initiation of corrective & preventive action against internal & external problems & complaint.

Work Experience in years :- Min. 02 Year in QC Department

Work Experience in type of Business and area :- Automobile, Auto-Ancillary Units, Casting &

Sheet metal Industry

Skill Set Required:- Hands-on experience on using Measuring Instruments, Hardness Testing

Machines. Good Knowledge of Castings, Sheet Metals, Forging, Gears etc.
