Succession Planner (6-15 yrs)

- The Succession Planner in Wealth Management is responsible for working closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop and implement comprehensive estate and succession plans.

- This role ensures that clients' wealth is transferred efficiently and in accordance with their goals, while adhering to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- The planner will collaborate with a team of legal, tax, and financial professionals to provide clients with seamless, personalized succession planning services.

- Provide guidance on minimizing tax liabilities through efficient wealth transfer strategies, including the use of trusts, gifts, and charitable donations.

- Ensure legal compliance with local and international laws for wealth transfer, cross-border structures, and estate settlements

- Develop and implement personalized estate plans that include comprehensive succession strategies.

- Conduct in-depth consultations with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs) clients to assess their estate planning and succession needs, financial situation, and goals

- Educate clients on various estate planning tools and strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney (POA), gift deeds, release deeds, and other legal instruments.
