Group Head IT Applications & Infrastructure Operations

Dibber Group is looking for a highly professional, hands-on IT Applications and Infrastructure Head with a strong background in implementation and delivery of all IT applications and infrastructure related products used to enable business capabilities and services across Dibber.

You will bring in-depth technical experience, knowledge, and future vision for transforming IT function including its strategy, operating model, product, service offerings and workforce. The role holder is a senior stakeholder in all relationships with externally sourced infrastructure and operations capabilities. This role is perfect for someone who could step into becoming a CIO.

As a key member of the senior IT leadership team this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and positioning IT to deliver compelling business value. Participation in strategic planning efforts of IT, ensuring that IT programs and initiatives align to the IT roadmap and business objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
• Defines, develops, and manages a comprehensive and integrated IT Service Management (ITSM) landscape, based on best-practice processes, disciplines, and related toolsets. This includes delivery of a comprehensive IT asset management program, identity access management, endpoint/device management, knowledge and change management.
• Accountable for ensuring smooth IT operations, including server, network, application, cloud management. Drive the user satisfaction of helpdesk processes and deliver IT services and security measures.
• Oversee the integration of various enterprise applications and systems to enable seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that supports scalability, flexibility, and security.
• Drive initiatives related to business intelligence and analytics, leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Manage master data governance processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.
• Lead the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions to support reporting, analytics, and business insights.
• Oversee the development of mobile applications to support workforce mobility and enhance user experience.
• Implement cost management strategies to optimize spending on applications and technology infrastructure.
• Act as the escalation point for all critical IT issues, IT security incidents.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field required.
• Minimum of (20) twenty years of experience in a senior IT leadership role overseeing global enterprise applications, with a focus on ERP implementations, integrations, and enterprise architecture, including some experience in a 24/7 multi-site enterprise environment, application hosting, voice, and data networks, security, and information protection, and replicated disaster recovery architectures required.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture (application and infrastructure), business architecture governance, data architecture governance, and SLDC/project/solution governance
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and implementation of complex technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics concepts, with experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Experience managing master data governance processes and implementing data warehouse solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile development, cost management, and vendor management.
• Highly preferred certifications as ITIL, AWS, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or CCIE
• Demonstrate technical expertise in all aspects of Windows Active Directory, Office 365, IT Infrastructure, Management of Networks, Firewalls, Cloud, Unified Endpoint, Devices, Group Policies, Technical Client Services, and Technical Support.
• Leading cloud adoption (at scale), including establishing governance mechanisms, delivering migration projects and modifying I&Os target operating model
• Third-party/Supplier management, working closely with sourcing and ensuring SLA/contractual obligations are met.
• Success in leading and mentoring a global, multicultural team, ability to manage performance and develop talent for the future.
