Salesforce Vlocity (Omni Studio) Developer

1. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project scope and timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.
• Code Review and Optimization: Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and optimize code for better performance.
• Technical Design: Translate functional design and requirements into technical design.
• Agile Methodology: Work within Agile frameworks, utilizing user stories, features, story points, and other Agile tools.
• Collaboration: Coordinate work with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
• Client and Team Handling: Effectively communicate with clients, handle team management tasks, and ensure smooth collaboration.

2. Requirements:

• Certification: Salesforce Certified OmniStudio (Vlocity) Developer with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the SFDC landscape.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Vlocity platform development, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, and OmniScripts.
• At least 6 months of experience in Vlocity LWC implementations within Omniscripts and Cards framework.
• 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, or SOSL.
• 2-4 years of experience in web application development, with proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Working knowledge of APEX Data Loader, Workbench, and deployment processes and tools.
• Preferred experience working with Agile methodology, including user stories, features, and story points.
• Collaboration Skills : Strong communication, requirement analysis, and coordination skills, especially in an onshore/offshore model.
