Mid-Level React -UI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level UI Developer with expertise in ReactJS and a solid understanding of backend technologies. In this role, you will contribute to the development of dynamic and responsive user interfaces while also occasionally working on backend tasks to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Development: Design, develop, and optimize user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall application architecture.
  
• Component Creation: Develop reusable components and libraries that streamline the development process and enhance the consistency of the user interface.
  
• Backend Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers to understand API structures and occasionally contribute to backend development tasks to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
  
• Performance Optimization:Optimize UI performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices to ensure fast and smooth user experiences.
  
• Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices in front-end and backend development.
  
• Responsive Design: Implement responsive design principles to ensure that applications perform well on a variety of devices and screen sizes.
  
• Full-Stack Collaboration: Act as a bridge between frontend and backend teams, understanding both sides of the application to facilitate smooth development and deployment.
  

Required Skills:

• ReactJS Expertise: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including knowledge of React Hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component lifecycle methods.
  
• Frontend Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
  
• Backend Understanding: Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, RESTful APIs, and databases, enabling occasional contributions to backend development.
  
• UI/UX Understanding: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
  
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
  
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality user interfaces.
  
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Testing Frameworks: Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
  
• UI Libraries: Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material-UI or Ant Design, and the ability to customize components as needed.
  
• Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend tasks.
