Brand Manager

• Strategic Storytelling & Marketing Leadership

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned with the business objectives of Drishtigroups diverse verticals.

• Partner closely with senior management and department heads to uncover and communicate the stories behind our innovations and services.

• Building Marketing Collaterals

• Create compelling and impactful presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials that embody our brands essence.

• Drive branding initiatives across ventures, ensuring consistency and a strong market presence.

• Digital & Performance

• Own and oversee the digital marketing strategy, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.

• Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality digital and social campaigns.

• Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate across departments, from engineering and operations to hospitality and sales, ensuring cohesive marketing strategies.

• Translate insights into actionable campaigns that drive engagement and measurable business results.

• A proven track record in marketing roles (level will depend on experience).

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including managing performance campaigns and social media.

• A creative and collaborative mindset, with a focus on driving impactful results.

• MBA or comparable postgraduate diploma business programs

• Any entrepreneurial experience is a plus

• Experience working across industries or verticals is a plus.
