Job Description
- Graduate/MBA
- 2-4 Years of work experience in recruitment/HR functions.
- Good communication skills(written and verbal). Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Management skills
- Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
- Job posting in portals, calling candidate, briefing them about the requirement, about our organization
- Identifying the recruitment consultants and sharing the current openings with them
- Coordination with the consultants for CVs and sharing the feedbacks timely
- Screening and validating the resumes.
- Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Communicating with the applicants over an email
- Involved in conducting F2F/ telephonic/zoom interviews
- Offer discussion with candidates.
- Drafting and releasing the offer letters and preparation of other letters as and when required
- Doing follow-ups with the candidates till the candidate joined
- Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders.
- Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers.
- Coordinating for Full and Final Settlement and issuance of related letters
- Supporting the Governance-HR vertical in other operations related tasks as and when required such as joining formalities, updating employee records etc
