Role & responsibilities
Responsibility is to independently manage sales in the assigned territory. Major elements of the job are:
a. Sales and collection
b. Planning and executing promotional activities at the farmers level (BTL) like
demonstration, farmers meeting, bazzar publicity and digital marketing at the local level etc.
c. Leading the local sales team
d. Establishing & managing dealer channel.
e. Market Survey
f. Sales planning
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates should be graduate in any stream preferably Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Science with experience in field sales of drip irrigation or, agricultural inputs.
Experience in Agri. Marketing in a must.
Experience of field promotional activities will be a big plus point.
Location Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, North India (UK, HP, J & K), MP (only TSM), Gujarat, Chhattisgarh (CG) etc.
