Tech Lead

Role & responsibilities

Location: Patna/Delhi NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore

Minimum Experience: 5+ years

Position Overview:

The Tech Lead will be responsible for establishing the companys technical vision and leading all aspects of the companys technological development. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of the technology infrastructure of the company. The tech lead will be a key player in driving innovation, product development, and aligning technology strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

2. Hard-core coding capability and Programming with the team

3. Work on tech stacks such as MERN and technologies such as PHP , Python and Javascript

4. Act as a Problem Solver for the team

5. Must have a Fair SaaS product understanding

6. Should fit in a startup environment

7. Lead the execution of technology strategy

8. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

9. Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services, including identifying competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to business success.

10. Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the company’s services.

11. Build and manage a top-flight technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management.

12. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training.

13. Direct the development and possible implementation of policies in instances of a breach, also known as disaster recovery plans.

14. Establish technical standards and ensure adherence.

15. Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and appropriate investment in technology.

16. End to end Implementation of Software Development including Server and Security Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a tech lead or in a similar leadership role within a technology company.

• Strong knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.

• Understanding of budgets and business-planning.

• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Leadership and organizational abilities.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with startup companies or rapidly growing technology businesses.

• Knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, machine learning, MERN, PHP, Python, Javascript and cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.

• Occasional travel may be required.
