Customer Service Executive | US Healthcare RCM (Night Shift)

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our US Healthcare RCM process. Candidates will be responsible for handling denied claims, contacting insurance companies to understand the denial reasons, and working towards claim resolution and payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze denied insurance claims.
• Contact insurance companies to determine the reason for denial.
• Work towards resolving claim issues and ensuring timely payment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of claim status.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates currently working in an international process (BPO/KPO) preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Good typing speed and accuracy is a must.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 PM 2:30 AM).
