Financial Controller Executive/Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Factory expenses accounting and costing
• Obtaining data from operations on production output and consumption
• Validating the data and passing entries pertaining to daily production and material consumption
• Analysis of manufacturing OH
• Obtaining data on factory expense and overheads
• Perform unit / per kg cost analysis
• Provisioning of routine expenses
• Production yield analysis
• Track Raw material / packing material consumption
• Analysing the yield against production output
• Tracking wastage and scrap
• Inventory Valuation
• Obtaining and verifying month end inventory count data
• Performing ageing analysis and identifying slow -moving inventory
• Check for product expiry
• Preparation of monthly Financial and Operational MIS
• Obtaining final confirmation of month-end accounting
• Preparing the MIS and ensuring reporting accuracy
• Analysing monthly variances and obtain explanations for the same.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Support senior management in their annual budgeting and forecasting exercise

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified/ semi qualified CA/CMA with 2 3 years’ experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders with strong analytical mindset.
