Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan and deliver lessons as per the curriculum for the assigned subject.
• Use innovative teaching techniques to make learning effective and enjoyable.
2. Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
3. Student Assessment:
• Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
4. Lesson Planning:
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance.
• Incorporate audio-visual aids, interactive methods, and technology where necessary.
5. Student Development:
• Support the intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.
• Address individual learning needs and provide extra guidance when required.
6. Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues for school events, projects, and curriculum updates.
7. Professional Development:
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with teaching methodologies.
• Continuously enhance subject knowledge and teaching skills.

Qualifications
