Qualification: CMLT / DMLT

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with good skills are also welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collection from pediatric and adult patients.
• Execute venipuncture with precision, ensuring minimal discomfort.
• Collect samples from clinics, hospitals, and OPDs.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Interact with patients in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sample collection.

Desired Skills:

• Strong venipuncture skills.
• Experience in pediatric and adult blood collection.
• Familiarity with sample handling and transportation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patients with care and empathy.
