Sr./Jr. BIM Structural Modeler (Revit)

Role & responsibilities

1. Ability to demonstrate using basic Revit tools such as the Project Browser, Properties, Type Selector, and inserting a verity of family types. An understanding of creating families and manipulating of parameters and schedules is a plus;

2. Capable of taking the lead in importing different trade files and performing collision control services.

3. Willingness to learn, have strong organizational & analytical skills; Self motivated; take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism.

4. Modelling structural element like beam slab column.

5. Copy monitoring grids & levels form Arch/base file.

6. Updating model day to day basis.

7. Quantity Estimation, etc.

8. Experience in Naviworks Manage.

Candidate profile

Must have CAD experience.

Graduate or below.
