- This role acts as a support to the Zonal HR, plans and executes a roadmap for recruitment to provide a talent pipeline to business at all times, handles processes like Onboarding, executes various Projects along with ZHR, helps in day to day query resolution, The role also leads and directs efforts and initiatives to engage with, reward and retain employees across the Zone.

Key Result Areas:

- Talent Acquisition across all Functions [ Sales, Non Sales] for North o Support the ZHR in Building a comprehensive hiring plan, setting clear goals and improving processes to deliver talent acquisition mandates for BSLAMC pan India.
- Help to manage and mentor a team of recruiters and ensure they are equipped to fulfil hiring requirements against business plans
- Coordinate with business leaders to understand needs and provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies and challenges
- Lead the Campus hiring efforts the zone and serve as a brand ambassador ,
- Employee Retention & Engagement o Lead implementation of employee engagement initiatives for the Zone
- Devise and implement a framework to assess Talent Risk in a proactive manner and address gaps/ concerns to pre-empt HIPO attrition
- Help in driving Engagement Surveys
- Define a framework for identifying and managing employee grievances as well as other employee relations aspects in a timely and effective manner
- Administration of Employee Lifecycle Processes & Policies o Facilitate the timely and quality focused roll out and execution of all Performance Management processes across the zone
- Ensure consistent understanding , adoption of and adherence to HR policies at a Zonal level
- Implement/ Review HR policies and systems in line with market relevance and business requirements, swiftly and uniformity
- Create and implement a sustained communication plan for educating employees on HR policies and practices
- Assist the Zonal - HR on all HR audit related readiness, preparation and responses, prepare and circulate HR MIS reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and including key insights
