Job Description
Requirement: MBBS Degree | Preferably 5 Years+ Experience | Age Upto 45 Years
- Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with medical regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, procedures, and quality assurance programs to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to clinical staff, promoting continuous professional development and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, ensuring high standards of safety, efficacy, and satisfaction in all clinical services.
- Foster interdisciplinary communication and coordination across departments for seamless patient care delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies to guide innovative clinical practices.
- Act as a liaison between clinical teams, patients, and external stakeholders, resolving concerns and building trust.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of clinical personnel to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Drive accreditation and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
