Roles and Responsibilities:
1: Provide technical support for Boomi middleware platform, ensuring uninterrupted integration between various systems including Customer facing Portals, E-Commerce platforms, OTC systems, banking interfaces, and third-party applications.
2: Investigate and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize business disruptions. Utilize debugging tools, logs, and monitoring systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
3: Oversee trouble tickets and resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Utilize ticketing systems and monitoring tools to track and prioritize tasks.
4: Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and new features to meet evolving business requirements. Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and adhere to best practices.
5: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize integration processes for improved efficiency and reliability. Implement performance tuning strategies and monitor system metrics to maintain optimal performance levels.
