Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases that clearly articulate the desired outcomes.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project progress.

- Conduct quality assurance testing to verify that projects meet requirements and standards.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts, processes, and technologies.

- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
