Job Description : To analyze, document, and propose solutions for business areas and to prepare functional specifications.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for documenting clients requirements as Software Requirement Specification and for sign-off by the client

- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications in terms of documents as well as wireframes/mock-ups etc.

- Develop comprehensive business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.

- To provide the link between the customer, development team, and any third party regarding software functionality,

throughout the development lifecycle

- Interact with the development team to develop the software solution required by the client.

- Manage client calls and able to give demos to clients

- Support project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

- Create and deliver clear presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Good to have :

- Knowledge about agile ceremonies and be a part of it

- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement

- Basic knowledge of databases and technologies to conduct smart client discussions

- Negotiation skills

- Basic Knowledge of UX/UI

- CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certifications

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
