Key Responsibility:

• Software Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications

using .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API. Implement micro services
architecture with API Gateway to optimize application p performance. Work with
front-end technologies, primarily Angular, to build dynamic user interfaces. Develop and
integrate AI-based solutions to enhance application functionality and automation.
Manage third-party API integrations to extend application capabilities and improve business
efficiency.

• Database Management: Prioritize MySQL for database management while having an optional understanding of MSSQL.

Work with MongoDB as an added advantage to handle NoSQL requirements.

• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on AWS.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

• Stakeholder Communication & Team Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements.

Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering best coding practices and teamwork.

• Software Development Lifecycle & Agile Methodology: Follow Agile methodologies to deliver iterative and high-quality software solutions.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, debug, and optimize system performance.

Ensure application security, scalability, and robustness. Develop creative and innovative
solutions to address business challenges and enhance user experiences. Knowledge,
Skills, and Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API.

Strong experience with API Gateway for microservices-based applications. Expertise in
MySQL (priority), MSSQL (optional), and MongoDB (advantageous). Hands-on experience
with Angular for front-end development. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and DevOps
best practices. Experience with AI integration and third-party API integrations

• Team & Project Management: Strong experience in leading software development teams.

Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

• Development Practices: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues and implementing effective
solutions.
