Lead .NET Core Developer:

As a Lead .NET Core Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of multiple complex web applications using .NET Core. You will work independently and be involved in the following tasks:

• Leading the development of complex features in .NET Core
• Writing high-quality code and unit tests
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in the code
• Collaborating with the team to design and develop web applications
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and techniques
• Mentoring and coaching junior, mid-level, and senior developers in the team
• Making technical decisions and providing technical guidance to the team
• Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Defining and enforcing coding standards and best practices
• Participating in hiring and recruiting processes for the team

Skills and Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Expert level proficiency in C# and .NET Core
• Development experience in C# .NET based Web applications - using MVC, .net Core, Web APIs
• In-depth knowledge of web development concepts and principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in leading and mentoring other developers
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
• Experience in defining and enforcing coding standards and best practices
• Experience in project management and working collaboratively with other teams

Relevant experience: 4-8yrs
