We are looking for a meticulous and organized Documentation Executive to assist the legal team in managing legal documentation and ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a background in law, strong proficiency in Malayalam and English, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities : .

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal briefs.

Prepare and draft declaration letters and replies to legal correspondence.

Liaise with third parties, such as hostel landlords, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Assist in preparing documents related to vendors, third-party agreements, and stakeholders.

Create and maintain legal trackers and master data, ensuring timely updates to key documents like rent agreements, license renewals, and statutory paperwork.

Handle statutory paperwork and ensure compliance with local government regulations.

Support the legal team in maintaining adherence to company policies and local legal requirements.

Qualifications : .

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.

High proficiency in typing in both Malayalam and English.

Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
