Documentation Executive

1. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal briefs.

2. Prepare and draft declaration letters and replies to legal letters.

 3. Liaise with third parties, especially with hostel landlords and external vendors.

 4. Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation.

5. Assist in the preparation of files and documentation related to vendors, third-party agreements, and stakeholders. 6 . Create and maintain legal trackers, master data, and important documents, including rent agreements, renewals of licenses, and statutory paperwork with local government bodies.

7. Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.

A bachelor s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory. High proficiency in typing in both Malayalam and English. Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
