Jaggaer - Data Scientist - Machine Learning (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end document understanding pipelines for NLP and LLM applications.

- Experience in Document understanding using NLP/CV.

- Fine-tuning LLM and Document understanding models.

- Optimize models using techniques like LoRA, Quantization, EFT etc.

- Integrate ML/DL/LLM models into production systems and cloud environments (e. , AWS).

- Experience in using OpenAI/Claude/Gemini LLMs API's.

- Monitor model performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ML solutions.

- Document and share best practices, guidelines, and learnings within the team.

- Research and evaluate new ML techniques and technologies to enhance our capabilities.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.

- Strong background in fundamentals of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

- Proficient in Python and popular ML/DL frameworks (e. , PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

- Hands-on experience with deploying and managing ML models in cloud environments, particularly AWS/Azure.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tooling (e., MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in using Docker.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
