Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Call the database of optical retailers and wholesalers to sell our products and services.
• Identify decision makers through cold calls, emails and WhatsApp chat.
• Converting potential enquiries for Optical CRM software and Dlance cleaning spray.
• Providing online software demo to potential retailers, multi-chain optical stores and wholesalers.
• Generate and share proposals, proforma invoices and order links to potential buyers.
• Close sales, book orders and take online payment from customers.
• Constantly followup and stay in touch with customers to generate more business through references.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 months or more experience in the sales and marketing field.
• Understanding and knowledge of softwares. If you have an education background in computer science then it will be an added advantage.
• Energetic & self motivated candidate who is eager to close sales. Ready to work extra hours and attend customers anytime.
• Good skills in English and typing is must to respond customer emails and WhatsApp messages
• Good typing speed so you can finish work within a given time and update detailed notes in CRM.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills with good aptitude & attitude towards the work.
• Exposure to common computer applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word, Google drive and WhatsApp.
