Manager - Backoffice

Role & responsibilities

1. Checking customer requirements.
2. Work out the pricing and getting the necessary approvals.
3. Planning the customer deliveries with co-ordination with the factory.
4. Getting approval on the discounts agreed between DDLNY & factory.
5. Follow-up for the diamond from the concerned HODs.
6. Arrange for the bagging as per due dates.
7. Arrange for Third party inspection as per shipment schedule.
8. Conduct the monthly Quality Control related meetings
9. Monitor the performance of DDIIT and give recommendations.
10. Handle server and software related issues faced by staff as and when required

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate with excellent communication skills. Should have knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing.
• Should have excellent PC skills (Email, MS Excel, MS Teams). Should have working knowledge of Power BI.
• Understanding of US market (not essential but would be positive to have)
• Excellent Team handling skills.
