Senior Manager - Full Stack Developer

What You'll Do :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, design) to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.

- Take full ownership of the development lifecycle (conception to deployment) for analytics and modeling projects.

- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of databases (relational & NoSQL).

- Champion best practices and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have :

- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of success.

- Extensive experience in Python (Django) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Hands-on experience with building and managing applications that incorporate analytical models and machine learning algorithms.

- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, PostgresSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- A passion for problem-solving and a drive to implement innovative solutions.

- Experience with story-lining, slide preparation, and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- A proven track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships.
