As a Quality Assurance Lead at Dmart Labs, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA analysts and testers to ensure that all software products meet our high standards of quality before they reach our customers. You will oversee the development and implementation of testing strategies and documentation, manage the QA team activities, and collaborate closely with the development and product management teams to ensure the highest quality software solutions. You will also be responsible for automation and performance testing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and testers, managing their workloads and supporting their professional development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for software validation, including manual and automated testing.
• Ensure production releases are verified and regression tested.
• Develop automation scripts for testing APIs and other application endpoints
• Collaborate with product management and software development teams to understand requirements and ensure clear communication and understanding across teams.
• Define and maintain QA metrics for product quality and testing efficiency.
• Manage the creation, review, and maintenance of test documentation including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports.
• Ensure that testing milestones are met and advise on the feasibility of release deadlines.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Maintain currency with the latest industry trends and testing tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in software quality assurance, including 2+ years in a QA leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python,
• JavaScript) and testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and understanding of basic cloud-native/application architectures.
• Familiarity with database testing and the ability to query databases using NoSQL and MongoDB
